A one of a kind sculpture at 21 West End

ICRAVE partnered with luxury developer The Dermot Company, art fabrication company UAP, and digital art specialist Niio to create New York City’s largest freestanding digital art installation located inside the new Upper West Side residential tower, 21 West End Avenue. ICRAVE designed the complete residential experience, including the hospitality-inspired amenities package, the full 616 residential units, the building’s branding and marketing collateral, its award-winning website and digital portal, as well as this state-of-the-art digital sculpture.

ICRAVE’S Approach to Food Halls

As the public’s taste for Food Halls expands, ICRAVE leads the field in designing dynamic spaces that blend progressive culinary, retail and cultural experiences into high-energy urban markets. We have created new, award-winning, signature brands, and reinvented existing venues. Our approach is holistic, collaborating with clients to guide early strategic choices, through design, development, and curation.

LOMA lights

Following a massive search for best-in-class urban developers to "Illuminate Lower Manhattan," the NYC Economic Development Corporation selected ICRAVE to help lead the spectacular initiative. We developed a strategy featuring interactive skyline lighting and architectural-scale video projections to attract people to the large downtown area. On site, they would experience a magical dreamscape of light and sound, fun shopping, and an ongoing series of events and performances.
